It Ain't porn, but you might want to look at it anyhow

More videos, why the heck not:

This one from Sigur Ros is utterly stunningly beautiful. Just gorgeous in every way...

And this one from Of Montreal? Well, it's nothing by comparison- perhaps you ought watch this one first and save the best for last. A video that's duller still, but a decent song, comes from Bloc Party.

Hey there all! As many of you know, I like to bring in music from home- this is particularly true during the winter months, when new muisc is scarce at the station. Alas, this week I had a nice pile I was excited to play- and promptly left on the kitchen counter (during a "Should I make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or get an egg sandwich and dunkin' donuts on the way?"). I did bring a nice pile along, just not the whole pile- there's a Waterboys song somewhere there.

By the way, I skipped both sandwiches- undoubtedly something sparkly distracted me-- and then found myself cleaning out the penny tray at the bookstore to afford a coke and snickers (who knew that'd run more than two bucks? Not this guy).

While different from what my head and heart had settled on, I think things turned out nicely. Like an eighties sitcom, it all worked out in the end. Thanks Mr. Huxtable!
